Why can I only watch betFIRST TV in Belgium?

Can I view betFIRST TV in a bigger window?
betFIRST TV can be viewed in two different sizes. It can be viewed from the top right hand side of the page. It may also be viewed in a larger window by clicking the 'Enlarge' icon on the video player (icon is in the shape of a rectangle). Please note that if your screen resolution is smaller than 1440 pixels, this options will not be available.

Why can’t I find an event that was scheduled in the betFIRST TV calendar?
Occasionally events that were scheduled on our live betting calendar are removed or are interrupted while the event is going on. This is generally because of technical issues such as a lack of TV coverage.
What is the time-delay on betFIRST TV coverage?
Although we advertise as live video, there can be around (but not limited to) a ten to 30 second delay compared to live. The delay is in most cases similar to many live TV broadcasts even though it might occasionally be longer. The speed of your broadband may affect the length of the delay.

What do I do if betFIRST TV has stopped or timed-out?
If your live video stream times out, it may just be a temporary interruption in the connection. You can restart the stream by clicking on the event link again or by refreshing your browser. You can do this by clicking the refresh button in your browser or pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.
If you have an internet connection of greater than 1MB, but you still experience a lot of buffering when viewing the stream, the problem is most likely to be caused by network congestion over your ISP connection.

What if the video is playing but the audio isn’t?
Make sure that your computer has a sound card to play the audio and your audio levels are turned up. Make sure that you have the necessary software and that it is currently supported. Reinstall Flash.

This issue may occur if there is not enough bandwidth to play both audio and video. You may receive sound even though the video is not present because audio requires less bandwidth to be available.
